OUR STORY

Uncontained Living grew from a shared desire to live lighter on the Earth while living deeper in our own lives.

After decades in construction, we found ourselves drawn toward spaces that felt simple, strong, and grounded — structures that allow people to step away from the noise, reconnect to natural rhythms, and live in a way that supports health, spaciousness, and peace.

We renovated our own school bus, built a solar-powered container home, and experienced firsthand how transformative it is to wake with soft morning light, hear the wind instead of traffic, and feel our nervous systems settle into something more ancient and real.

That shift inspired our mission: to build off-grid and low-impact homes for people seeking freedom, sustainability, and connection.

MEET THE BUILDER — BUCK

Buck is the builder behind every project — a craftsman with over 30 years of construction experience, ranging from commercial renovations to custom residential and off-grid builds.

He brings the precision of a seasoned general contractor and the groundedness of someone who has lived off-grid himself. His work integrates durability, longevity, and what some may deem “unconventional,” creating structures that function beautifully and age gracefully.
